Victoria was quite simply an amazing woman, my soul mate.  The care and support that was provided for her by St Luke's meant that she could stay at home, surrounded by those that loved her.  The nurses and care assistants became our friends, we shared laughs, smiles and tears, by donating whatever you can, you will provide other families with this amazing care. ❤
